World 1 Championship Strongest woman athlete squat attempt
Number 1

Athlete has 30 seconds to post a combined Bench Press and Squat total.

Number 2

Athlete can start on either the Bench Press bench or the Squat rack. Weights are pre-loaded, with certified spotters provided, but can be adjusted.

Number 3

The 30-second timer begins when the first lift is activated and ends when the second lift is completed and the barbell is secured back on the rack.
